As mentioned earlier, the main part of the shirt is oversized. I usually wear size 16.5 but I ordered M (15.5) and it fits perfectly. However, the sleeve length corresponds to the stated size. If you want to wear it with french cuffs, add 2-3 inches to your "normal" sleeve length. The cuff can be folded backwards, as is usual with French cuffs. When worn with cufflinks, the button hides in the crease so there is no need to cut it off. However, if you want to skip the cufflinks, the button is still there and can still be used.
