These connectors are of good quality and normal connection, but different from the pictures and the description. 1) The description and pictures show the "Thru" type of connector (holes that allow wires to be fed through the connector and cut off during crimping). The actual plug has no holes for wires. 2) The description says "Supports 24 to 26 AWG round or flat network cable". The actual connector with 24 AWG wires is very loose in the connector before crimping, and the flat cable is very loose after crimping. They are clearly for 23-24 AWG and not 26 AWG as 24 AWG is very loose and is intended for round wire. I bought these for flat cable and am very disappointed that I have to buy them again to get what I need. They will not work with "flat" cables. Also disappointed that these aren't 'thru' connectors. It's a lot easier to push the wires through to make sure they're in the right order. I hope this helps prevent other people from getting what you can't use.
