Get it right
iPad survived a 2 foot drop with no injuries. The body has reinforced bumpers in the corners, so they definitely help. the nice groove on the right snaps perfectly into the pencil. The magnet feels strong and secure. I use a $20 stylus that doesn't support wireless charging. TPU material with just the right hardness and grip. Both the front and back have raised edges to prevent the surface from touching the screen or camera. It is amazing how many small details go into the design of the hull. iPad gets warm when multitasking while on the phone. The case retains heat and will likely need tabs on the inside for ventilation.
