Review on EleTab Dual Arm Monitor Stand: Height Adjustable Desk Mount for 17-32 inch Computer Screens - Holds up to 17.6 lbs per Arm by Mike Hernandez

This is going to be a long review but it will cover everything from the product to customer service. First of all, this is my second set of weapons. The first set arrived quickly and well packaged. I had two 32" Curved Scepter monitors at the time. Installing the arms was quick and easy once you figured out how you would attach them to your table. They are well made and I love all the options as you have two or more monitors It took my son and I about 20 minutes (maximum) to get everything set up and ready for the monitors. I put the second monitor first because I wanted to make sure I had long enough HDMI cables. After that all is done I moved on to the main monitor.Before that I made sure my hands were tightened as I almost lost my first monitor without tightening them.My son and I put a second monitor in the bracket and all was fine. So we figured I turned around to move the box, rolled over and the main monitor tipped all the way forward and was lying on a foam pad that I kept on my desk sch placed. I checked the screws again. They were so tight that the Allen wrench started stripping the bolt. To say I was disappointed is indescribable. So I installed a temporary fix to at least keep my monitors working. The other scepter I had was broken and had to be sent back. I contacted Ele Tab about my issue as both of my monitors were within the acceptable hand weight range. I immediately received an email from them asking about my problem and then they sent me another one which I received two days later. It took longer to get my new second monitor. I went with the AOC 32 15lb Curved instead of the Sceptre. It took longer than I wanted, and while I waited, Ele Tab emailed me to check how the new hands are holding up. I now have 32 scepters 12.1lbs and AOC 15lbs on each arm. I couldn't be happier with Ele Tab, their product and most importantly their customer service. We've all read that others at Revain have complained about the customer service. I can safely say that Ele Tab deserves a customer for a lifetime for how fast, professional and how much they care about their customers. I like my new setup very much. Thank you Ele Tab and keep up the good service you provide.
