Doesn't work from day one
From day one this hand on the flexible neck stopped working. He literally plops around the meat grinder. I'm in the middle of a renovation so I didn't get this back in time and now my window is closed. Super annoyed by it. Look elsewhere for a similar product. UPDATE: Revain has kindly exchanged this product and will send me an exact replacement. Will update when I open the box.
