The original hose that came with my shower head is rusty. I ordered a replacement tube but it turned out to be shorter than my own. In short, having two dogs didn't suit us because we couldn't wash them off completely because we wouldn't reach far enough. I ordered this hose and it is absolutely the perfect length! Not only is it not too stiff as it curls up instantly, but it is the perfect length when the PDA is on the cradle. Of course, our shower pipe is higher on the wall than usual, so it's the perfect length for us if it doesn't interfere with the spout or controls, but not sure how that would work with a lower pipe. Even with a taller pipe, I can attach the shower head to the bottom of the tub, which is perfect when I need both hands to clean the tub. Much less up and down trying to stretch the hose to get to the other end of the shower. .
