Best purchase I have ever made. Easy to use. Makes a better latte than any coffee shop. We use it at least 5 times a day and the whole family loves it. I should have bought this many years ago! The water canister is the perfect size and easy to fill. Fits snugly under my counter but too high for me to try and warm mugs by moving them around. Finding the perfect settings is very easy, it only took me 3 tries. Comes with easy to understand/follow instructions for setup. A few minutes after unpacking I received my first latte. Frothing milk and froth is very easy. Very happy with this purchase. I like strong espresso with cream. This machine does its job! I really can't recommend this machine enough! Other espresso machines I've had have given me a ton of trouble compared to this amazing machine. When I think back to how much coffee I wasted trying to grind better on my old coffee maker, I cringe! It's super customizable and all you have to do is add fresh beans and it does the rest. Whipped milk like a dream!
