I love how fast they respond via email when questions arise; it takes them less than 24 hours for me personally! They are able quickly find solutions or connect with someone else who can assist even though my account is down sometimes (which has been fixed promptly). Their customer service reps know everything about your business/marketing situation so you don't have any surprises once our agreement ends if there's anything left unresolved from this side too!! There really isn’t much - but then again maybe others do not need as many bells & whistles compared mine? If anyone would like an agency similar approach without all those extra charges just ask us. As far back at 2014-2017 Gladiator was always quick n' thorough w solving issues which were never easy considering i'm constantly trying new things every few weeks myself lol Just one word tho... TRUSTWORTHY. !! Nothing specifically other wise great folks over here :) The best part about working with GL is how much time they put into each project before creating it for you! They are willing do anything asked by our team (and beyond) as long there's an opportunity or need within your area/practice group. I wish some projects were done sooner than when requested but overall very pleased so far - especially because this has been such quick turnaround from initial contact through launch date!!
