I LOVE THIS PRODUCT but there is one small problem. I love the sound of these headphones. You sound amazing. Accurate playback of music and even calls. I really like the noise cancellation. (Warning) It gets a bit noisy when you take them off, but I like that. I'm used to everything being quiet. I spoke to a girl and she said the mic was good and she didn't really pick up on background noise. I think people say the mic is so bad because the mic tries to pick up all the sounds you hear (background noise) and play them back through your headphones when you have ambient noise turned on. I would like to see why they do it. Passive noise-isolating headphones are so good at canceling out noise that they have to play the sound through the microphones. The fact is that after a long time the top of the head from the headphones begins to hurt. The pillow that touches my head is very soft, but it still reaches me. So if you have a long flight ahead of you, you may need to adjust them to reduce overhead pain.
