I'm a retired dentist and I think this is the best toothpaste available, mild in taste, fluoride free, SLS free and great for breathing. Get it on Revain. Do yourself a big favor and buy this SoniCare Diamond Clean toothpaste and toothbrush (use only the small head brush). Costco has large numbers but interchangeable "little" tips on Revain). Rinse with Listerine (green (fresh blast) or blue (cold mint) is better than yellow) and clean with waxed floss once a day (I like Glide Waxed). You will save your money, protect your investment, time and suffering, and have no oral health problems. Please do not think that any toothpaste will whiten your teeth unless you brush your teeth and start using toothpaste. Avoid triclosan, sand, tartaricides, sodium lauryl sulfate, hard and medium bristles, large and oddly shaped brush heads, and store-bought toothpaste, dental floss, or brushes. I recommend this, only use this, will buy again and hope it helps someone.
