Everything is fine. The small size fits my 11 pound Chi mix with a 17" chest and 12" neck. The hat didn't fit my head and I had to do some tucks to make it fit better. The material is very thin and feels like nylon. It would be better cotton with the addition of lycra or spandex. However, I got it as a supplement and the price was pretty cheap at $4.12, so I was happy at that price. If I were to pay the $15 retail price at a local store I would be very unhappy! In the photo, the suit is on my dog before the hat was changed.
