I sat at the workbench and replaced the locks and valve spring caps with a simple spring compressor. The locks fit well and have a positive fit, terminating about 0.050" below the valve tip. Be sure to replace the spring caps with the appropriate Comp Cams as these locks are mounted at a different angle (10°. degrees) , then factory locks will not work with factory spring caps.
