Review on 🌬️ Smart Ceiling Fan Modern Forms FR-W1816-82L-CFI, Indoor/Outdoor 82in Span, 5-Blade, Carbon Fiber by Jill Flores

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Big boy got woosh good for ceiling fans and accessories

I was looking for a smart fan for my living room. The switch is in a pretty awkward position, so it seemed easier than constantly getting up to set it. And it's a terrible place to drag chains, I've got high ceilings. After reviewing my options I either settled on a tiny fan that would be just as expensive or put out 4 numbers. After taking a closer look, it was listed on Amazon for $350, but it was listed for $999 on every other site I could find. I jumped at the thought of a MASSIVE fan that could run slow and still move air. The time of history is over. It's time for a review. What's good: - This thing is a beast. Moves THIS. A LOT OF. AIR. The temperature perception changes noticeably even at the lowest level. The 82" fan was probably overkill, but I have no regrets. The app works pretty well. It's a bit weird that you have to "login" every time you open it, but it automatically logs you in when you open your account on Google. The Bad: The built-in light isn't enough to be the light for your rooms. It gets pretty bright but it doesn't really spread the light evenly around the room. It's more like a spotlight. It really is ok if you have other lighting Ugly: - Only thing taking a star off my rating here Something is wrong inside It makes a constant clicking noise when it's on Apparently the bearings aren't quite seated right spot? I'm not sure if it's a factory defect, a common problem, incorrect installation, a cheaply sold broken unit to get rid of or who knows what. I'm hoping everything that clicks will eventually go away eift and I have a nice quiet fan.
