I stream on Twitch and use a Turtle Beach or Antlion Modmic 5 as a microphone. I asked the person whose sound quality I liked what kind of mic they had and was shocked that this is a very affordable headset! I was tired of experimenting and didn't want to invest in hundreds of microphones. The headphones are comfortable but very large so they can be moved around. The cable is very well shielded, no line noise which is enormous! The sound is solid, especially when you consider that it is not amplified on-board voltage, but analog! A bulky, solid mute block with no add-on houses a volume slider. I love this mic and would buy it again or take a side-by-side look at the Hyper X, but the price is overwhelming. I'm not even sure if they made any money from the sale.
