Sound quality is ok, fairly low volume at maximum setting. There's no noise-cancelling at all, so it would be better if it were louder. Uncomfortable landing. I usually have a slightly larger head than most headgear but this is big even for me. It's really difficult to wear for more than a few minutes before settling into slightly less noticeable discomfort.

Not very practical. No software. Bad sound. Lots of disagreements, complaints in in-game and Xbox console companion chat with Echo, can't hear me etc. Bought for a while while waiting for Razor Kraken warranty processing so had a headset. Overall I would NOT recommend this product as a primary headset if you intend to use the mic for gaming. This is normal for audio only.

I won't say these are the best headphones I have but as long as they last they have a normal sound and decent mic. My complaint is that they're a bit too big on my head, even on the smallest settings. Obviously this is a personal matter. If you're a professional gamer looking for something amazing to stream or record, this probably isn't for you. I would recommend it for casual play or for kids.

Excellent headset for our son, he definitely can't hear us when he's playing. The first set we received sold out within 2 weeks and the second set has been running for 6 months. I will say that when I contacted them about a broken pair they were easily replaced and I am very happy with the response time with a new set. I'm deducting 1 star for the headache of having to do this. Otherwise they are perfect with excellent sound quality and durable.
