First, the customer service is mediocre at best. They answered but did not negotiate. I bought it and it was delivered on time so it was good. When I received my controller it looked great, immaculate indeed; However, I didn't buy a controller to make it look good. The X and Y buttons stuck, clicked loudly and strongly and did not always return, the left petals were very loose, and when the upper left petal did not fall out, it often touched the lower petal. Otherwise everything was fine. After I emailed Goldstar Tech, they told me to put some rubbing alcohol on the button and press it until it clears. So I did it and it helped some but the problem came back the same day. I've done this several times and it kept coming back. I also use a straw and cut it lengthwise to clean the button and that made the biggest difference. A few days later, the B button and the "Don't press X" button had the same issue, and also with the D-Pad, when I pressed right, it quickly switched all the way to the left. I emailed again and explained that I tried to 'fix' it and what worked for a while then stopped and the 'new' problems; but that still didn't solve the paddle problem. I asked if they could send a new controller that way. In the meantime I will still have the controller and I will have a box to ship the controller back to. They totally ignored this which I think is fair if I don't return the old one then of course they can charge me for a new second controller. Finally, I don't think a buyer needs to go through troubleshooting tips for an item that claims to be "current". " and "tested" if that were true they wouldn't have shipped such a problematic device. It's just a terrible and sloppy way of doing business. I say pay the difference for a new controller , I will ship it as soon as I get paid to buy another one in the meantime.
