Does what it should. The board is actually black.
This memory was a great upgrade for the i5 6300 as it doubled the capacity from 8GB to 16GB and now uses dual channel memory. Keep in mind that the circuit board on these sticks is actually black, which was a pleasant surprise when I received it, but if you really wanted a green circuit board, your surprise might be a bit disappointing.
