As others have said, installation can be VERY difficult! It seemed like it was designed by the Chinese to intentionally piss off American installers. You invent new swear words by removing the last of the four screws holding the plastic base. To connect the base to the fan I used twine or twine to tie the attachment to the fan so I could connect the wires. Otherwise you better be an octopus to keep it! Now it is ok. It will really suit original Hunter fans. This requires two standard 100W LED bulbs (standard base). Be sure to use long lasting LED bulbs - you DO NOT have to take this thing apart to change bulbs!
