very cute and warm! I like that it has fur on the inside, the pompom is fluffy, and there's a wide range of color options. the hat definitely has some stretch, although at first i thought it was too small. However, my conclusion about the star comes from the stretch: if you look under the crease, you'll see that the elastic surrounding the hat is exposed. I'm afraid if it breaks or gets caught somewhere the whole hat would be useless
