Exactly what I needed.
I needed a 32 inch TV in my laundry room and this works great. It has all the settings I need to position the TV perfectly. Of course you need to make sure you have a safe place to mount it on the ceiling. In my case I was able to find one of the ceiling joists. Please note that due to the weight of the TV, the mount will tilt slightly from vertical, so position the top pivot as perpendicular to the front of the TV as possible for easy adjustment.
