I couldn't sleep through the night for years, getting up and tossing and turning every few hours. I received my weighted blanket within two days of ordering it and have had the best night's sleep ever since. I'm sorry that the order took so long. The price was reasonable compared to many other weighted blankets I looked at and to be honest I was hesitant and it took almost a year to convince myself to spend over a hundred bucks on a blanket but honestly said this is the best investment I've made. I should have done that earlier. A 20 lb duvet is great for me and I weigh about 240 lbs and is soft and will keep you warm at night. I don't toss and turn and now only sleep all night on the ground floor that I can find with the product, I sleep so deeply sometimes I don't even hear the alarm clock and when I do I hate to get up and I don't know how it will be in the summer but maybe keep warm i'm not sure yet
