Received yesterday and used for the first time this morning. Overall, it feels and looks pretty cheap. It heats up and I can say that while it doesn't keep your coffee hot, it does keep it warm. Coffee that was like iced coffee after sitting for 10-15 minutes. This morning I drink really warm coffee. For the price I'm satisfied. I wouldn't buy it again but I could look for a better one that would have cost around $20. I had a bookmark but didn't want to spend that much money. I can also use it for candles, so it has a double duty. One can only guess how long it will take. Oh, I love that it has an on/off switch too.
