I like that they will do your job if you don't know how to get started in designing or creating products yourself.

Our design team has been able to create our own designs for some of our projects so we have full creative control over what goes into them! Sometimes it can be tricky figuring out exactly where something needs to go and sometimes their recommendations might not follow best practices/standards but its helpful anyway especially since there's no charge attached to any suggestions given by digifabsters staff. We've realized that working through these problems ourselves helps us figure things out faster than waiting around until someone else solves the problem. It would help improve customer service overall as well because then customers won't feel lost when going back and forth between two different people trying to solve an issue together.
