Review on PHPKB by Brian Olson

I like how easy it was for me, as an employee of mine who does not have any programming skills at all (but can use Google),to be able to create my own database tables within minutes after logging in using their secure web portal service! As well its free but if you need more advanced features or want them built into future versions then there are fees associated which they do explain very clearly before signingup for anything - just read through everything carefully so nothing else comes out later!! Nothing really negative about this software other than i would prefer some kind of password reset option when passwords change/are changed rather manually having to go back onto another page etc each time instead being notified by email straightaway upon changing one's details? This way we could easily notify clients immediately without going thru too much hassle from our end everytime someone changes something?! We've found phpkb extremely useful in helping us keep track of things such as new.
