Review on 🚗 Enhance Your Nissan Versa with the Metra 99-7621 Installation Dash Kit (Black) by Ryan Will

Well, I should have researched Metra Online before ordering. In terms of assembly, my 1-DIN stereo system was perfect. As for the dash cover, not so much. I have a base model 2014 Nissan Versa S (the only option was air conditioning, yes I'm a cheap bastard but I like my cold air) and I missed that there was a real difference in the front width of the included stereo (despite missing functional changes) between basic S, S with special equipment "comfort package" and SL/SV. So this frame kit is about half an inch wider on both the left and right sides, so the dash cover can't fully seat. The solution would be to make a quick cut with a dremel to add a groove. I won't do that until tomorrow because the carbide wheel turning in the dark is giving me nightmares. But I will take some photos for demonstration purposes. I'm only dropping one star for an incomplete description of the Metra, and I'll call Nissan tomorrow to pick up a star from them.
