This company makes very good inexpensive prayer shawls in 4 colors of your choice. Two colors begin with b: blue and black. The other 2 also start with the same letter: pink and purple. There was a breakdown in the warehouse. When the purple tallit I ordered arrived it was pink. Revine sent me a replacement quickly. But it was also pink. I was able to contact the customer service representative who took care of my problem. I waited 5 days before placing another order for this company's purple tallit. The pink color is back. When I first crawled, the company emailed me with a link to customer support, which was really helpful since Revain no longer hosts it on their site. I had to ask for a supervisor for someone qualified to deal with this issue.
