Because I like the way they look and I wanted them to stay.

My only regret is that I didn't apply water/stain repellent before I went to Dr. Pepper spilled on it! Because I like the way they look and I wanted them to stay white. Haven't tried it yet, hope it helps. Remember that the material will pick up every speck of dust if you don't protect it!
