I like that it has many features, but also allows for customization to fit your needs! There are some areas where you can't customize or add new fields/features as much (such as surveys).
The customer service was excellent when we had questions about our account with them during onboarding process - they were very helpful in getting things setup properly so everything ran smoothly after launch of product!! We're solving issues related specifically around training content creation & distribution across multiple platforms such as Slack channels within HR teams internally at my current employer.
