I bought these for my Echo Spot as I won't be using the camera anytime soon and didn't want to mess with the settings to disable the camera and the hack protection options are as good. I wasn't sure at first if there would be a big enough hole for the camera in the spot, but it looks like it ONLY has a big enough hole. I haven't checked if this is blocking part of the actual camera image, but it doesn't seem to be related. You just need to make sure the camera is in the center of the hole. The shutter moves back and forth without much effort, although I didn't try it on the first few tries after installing the cover. They seem sturdy enough for my needs, I don't move my Echo Spot from place to place, it just sits there as a backup for my alarm clock/radio. Devices.
