The integration between Cognium and other components (such as Salesforce) was very easy to understand, setup and integrate into our system architecture. I wish we could have had an admin console for each user account because it would make things even easier! We were able solve several problems related to integrating different systems and also creating custom workflows to automate some processes. The best thing about Cogmitium was its ability to connect my ERP system (SAP) which I use for accounting purposes, this made it very easy because all information needed by me could easily flow into SAP from cognituem via API's or connectors as they are called! This has also allowed us access our historical reports/data without having any other computer systems at hand like MS Excel etc., we have been able solve many problems relating financials issues since everything flows through one place now.
