Hard to beat for the price. I tweaked it and got extreme performance but after adding Palomar Mix 61 ferrite for the choke I got great results (could also use coax but impractical for my setup with lmr400). I use this in my attic so I can't confirm it's resistant to the elements, but it's solid enough for my application. Setup was pretty easy. I found the tuning was positioned pretty much right on the edge of the heat shrink tubing to cover both ham radio and GMRS bands.
