Poorly done.: Nutcracker

Had to buy two of these. The first one was so poorly made they sent me a replacement. That was worse than the first. Their faces are usually covered in hot glue and both have their mouths sealed. I am really disappointed in the quality of this nutcracker. I would take this time. It's a cute design, but there's no craftsmanship in it.
