This bag is a GOOD BUY. My Samsung Tab S4 fits perfectly in this case. Backpack zippers work great, seams look good. The packaging is slim and suitable for a tablet and various small things. It's made on the "hiking strategy" - this bag won't fit in the "kitchen sink". Travelers know how to pack and carry gear - this bag is great for carrying your tablet around town along with other small accessories like power cords or a keyboard. It doesn't fit books, laptops, fat power banks, snacks, water, etc. It's a tablet stand and it's really good at that. If you want to carry some other stuff, buy a backpack and load it up. Not sure what other quality issues mean. There are some threads hanging from the stitch points, but I don't see them coming loose. The bag is made of ripstop nylon and nylon padding. Like a backpack, you can't drag it across concrete or sharp objects without taking damage. If you take care of the bag, she takes care of your tablet. LOVE THE BAG!
