Reading other reviews of refurbished computers I lowered my expectations a bit as to what exactly I would be getting. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by this computer. The computer itself is in very good condition with no blemishes or defects. I removed the side panels to see the condition of the interior, it was dust free and in excellent condition. I checked the system specs and everything matched my order. The mouse and keyboard feel like brand new, inexpensive models and match the system well in terms of quality and appearance. I checked all the hardware and everything worked as expected. Windows 10 starts with no problems. The system itself is quiet and cool. The only thing that surprised me a bit is "WiFi". It wasn't built into the system, but a separate key the size of the tip of my thumb. It plugs into one of the USB ports and works fine. In the end, we chose not to use a WiFi dongle as there is an ethernet connection near the system, preferring the faster wired connection speeds. Overall very good value for money.
