The rugs looked great on the Revain list. They came in a very well vacuumed bag and looked as flat as can be. I didn't put much stock in it at the time, thinking it was a sensible way to send it and nothing with washing and drying would fix it. I washed them and tumble dried them (no heat) and then hung them to dry. I noticed they weren't stretching properly so I put them back in the dryer, this time on heat, hoping to fluff them up. The carpets still felt tangled and just plain uncomfortable. I contacted the seller and got a response from someone who assured me they had fixed the multiple "processor" issue and said they would contact their manager to make an exchange. No word for more than a week so I contacted the seller again and still haven't received anything from them. A very disappointing offer.
