I received this baby carrier today and am returning it for a number of reasons. This may be normal for a cat, but for a puppy - NO WAY! The zippers are not of very good quality and end up in the top opening of the bag, about 3/4 inch loose inside. They will rip to shreds within minutes, compromising all flashes. have a zip that goes all the way through the opening, the zips are only on the side with two velcro strips used to attach the top flap. The top flaps can be easily lifted and opened with very little pressure, and once that's done, the zippers go back very easily. The stitching was poor, threads sticking out everywhere, and as mentioned, the zippers were of poor quality and I have serious doubts about their integrity when trying to zip them up at the 90 degree corners. (I already had one disconnected). I have had a lot of experience shipping puppies all over the US and I just wouldn't trust this carrier. Too many design flaws. The only nice thing was that it folds into a suitcase.
