The customer service is top notch! I have found all my questions answered in minutes and not days! I feel like I can reach out to them for anything that comes up at any time of day or night. It has been great talking with the team about our business needs. They are very knowledgeable and quick to understand if issues arise. Their communication tools are also wonderful for keeping in touch when we aren't able to be in the office together. I wish they could be more proactive with their marketing. We use LSA to help us communicate with customers who don't speak English as a first language. As a non-English speaker myself, this has been helpful to me as well as the customers.
