I bought the 920XL, I have previously bought this type of ink cartridge from another brand called Smart Ink and it has always worked great. This time I only needed black ink, but Smart Ink only sells kits that include black along with all the other colors, and since I only need black (which I ran out of at first) I decided to try this brand. Unfortunately it's not even recognized by the printer when you install it, something doesn't seem right, it doesn't click like Smart Ink does, I know it sounds weird but it just didn't seem right to me. enough, and indeed, the printer did not recognize it. It kept giving me the message that the black ink cartridge was damaged or missing. Nothing I did helped so I decided to return it. Such a waste of time and money. I do not recommend this product. Buy Smart Ink instead.
