Good Tool For Solving Problems Faster

I like the fact that you can get your questions answered right away without having to wait for an employee or manager to respond.
It is also easy to use once you have logged into the system. The only thing I don't really enjoy about this program is when there are multiple users accessing the same question at one time.
Sometimes it takes awhile before someone responds but overall its pretty good! We're using this tool to help solve problems within the organization by collecting information from different departments.

Easy access, anyone with internet connection
Very responsive customer service team (email support & phone)
Flexible scheduling options we were able schedule our call whenever best fit us.
Allows employees across all job levels/positional titles in any department(s) throughout entire enterprise
