I love it. .until I did.

I bought two pairs of these headphones because transferring them from one device to another has proven to be a difficult task. And I really liked the sound quality and battery life. Since I originally paired both earbuds with my phone (because that's what I use most), when trying to pair them with my iPad I was only able to connect 1 earbud, never both. And when I tried to pair them with my MacBook Pro, again I was only able to connect 1 earbud but it kept plugging and unplugging (but I blamed it on the fact that my MacBook is almost 10 years old). old, so I don't blame the headphones, although the MacBook works great and I have no issues with the Skullcandy wireless headphones). So now I have: 1 pair of headphones for my phone 1 pair of headphones for my iPad 1 pair of free in-ear headphones for my computer. Well now after 6 months of use the kit I bought and used for my phone will not charge. The case shows it's fully charged, but the earbuds won't charge and report a low battery every time you turn them on. Once I left them in place they charged up, but even that doesn't work anymore. And while both earbuds I bought and used for my iPad are paired to my iPad, only one of them plays sound at the same time. It's not that one of them is broken, because both play sound. They just play the audio one after the other. I've tried EVERYTHING I can think of to fix these issues. I've tried resetting both pairs multiple times (so many times I can't remember how many times). Nothing works. and on top of that, the device that was paired with my iPad is now stuck in a weird mode where a tiny LED will blink to let you know it's on and connected, or blink really fast to let you know that it *not* connected to the device, it doesn't blink at all on any headphones, it's just always on (video attached for reference). It's just frustrating and disappointing because they didn't even last six months. not to mention the year, and even bought at the "updated" price, they are not cheap. I bought them for $56 a pair. + Covers so I can tell them apart.
