I would give it a 5 but it's not like the picture. I bought this item for my dad to take his snacks and personal items to chemo due to the style and texture. He is a proud man but I knew he would wear it based on the style in the photo (textured leather) which seemed to match his leather cap. It was delivered on time, it's spacious and efficient, but it looks like shiny, almost patent leather. NOTHING corresponds to the picture. It was a disappointment.
