We always have bananas and avocados on the kitchen counter to ripen. We also have plenty of pastries for our kids for daily breakfast. We used to keep them all in one basket but I decided on these 2 tier fruit baskets so I can keep fruit and pastries separate and also have countertop space. It was very easy to assemble the 2 tier basket, but you can use them as 2 separate baskets if you like. I like the ring handle on the top so I can easily move it from the countertop to the kitchen table for my kids to choose their breakfast in the morning. Looks attractive, durable, simple but very functional. Highly recommended! 5 out of 5 stars.
