I wasn't sure what I bought for the colors in this 60 pack. The colors are strong and fun to work with. Not as soft and crumbly as Sennelier. Blends well, soft to soft. Comparable size with other brands. Good basic set. Browns and reds are a little scratchy and dry, but it's not uncommon for many brands to use these colors with this pigment-to-binder ratio. The color options are great for paintings, shadows, backgrounds and different skin tones. I'm going to round out this set with some very light values for younger people, lighter skin tones, and ambient lighting effects. A little. By the way, the seller was happy. A reliable option if you don't have millions to spend. I can't say anything about lightfastness or toxicity. I suppose it's similar to all brands and pigments.
