A cute way to green up your rooms that don't get sunlight

They just look fake when you look at them like the cactus I bought over a year ago. I suspect that more expensive plants get more scrutiny, but nobody ever looks at my plants that closely. My bedroom doesn't get direct natural light, so I like to use artificial plants to brighten and enliven the space. (This and the last time I tried to grow something, it died.) Since they are herbs, they can be nice as a decoration on the top kitchen shelf if you can't put anything in there because you can't reach.
