Firstly it barely measures 5.5 inches tall
The description says it's 6 inches tall, if that matters to you like it does to me then you know that's all is only 5.5 inches tall. I use it over a piano keyboard so the low height was important. However, it is very easy to assemble and is quite stable, although you can bend the metal arms when you try it.
