I didn't understand all the hype about the weighted blanket. It just seemed to me that your body would be overweight while you were sleeping. However, my 3 year old granddaughter gets her own room with a large bed. I was reading reviews of the blanket that helps with anxiety and I was like what the heck; Let's see if she sleeps well alone in a room. When the blanket arrived I pulled it out just to see what was going on. He's super soft! I lay down on the bed to see how it was; although it was only 5 kg.
