After the backs of two sleds nearly touched during a long drive, I was looking for a way to secure the back of the sled. I didn't want to put in a D-ring and use ratchet straps that would ruin the suspension. These Super Clamps are quick and easy to install following the instructions on the box. They came with the basic equipment required for installation on the trailer platform. The clamps are quick and easy to use and seem to be enough to naturally hold the sled in place when paired with ski bindings. One thing I didn't know before buying this is that they want you to put an aluminum plate behind the plywood deck and bolt through it for strength. Since one of the trailer's frame rails was interfering with the panel mount, I simply used some large washers and they were sufficient. Very satisfied with the product and its quality.
