When testing cables, my wife and I have 20000mah batteries. Both were discharged to 0, one was changed with the cable provided and the other was charged with these cables. In 1 hour a standard cable charged their battery up to 20%, another with these cables up to 35%. After 3 hours, the standard cable charged the battery to 50% and charged these cables to 100%. After 2 hours their package with the standard cable was finally 100%. With these cables, my phone went from 3% to 35% on its own in about 15 minutes. A standard cable charges my phone about 20%.
