This is well thought out and good value for desktop streaming/recording. The packaging was well sorted and all components arrived in perfect condition. Parts are well matched - no issues with inaccurate carving. The ball head for the camera is fixed very nicely and securely. Works great with mirrorless cameras and should work for DSLRs. Due to the size and articulation of the mount, a little fiddling is required to get everything in place, especially if you're used to friction mounts or more flexible mounts. All required attachments are included. A note on the softbox: Depending on what you're using, you might need an extra elbow to point it in the right direction. Mine was supposed to face down, but the included mount is just a stand (perfectly fine), and the hinge on my softbox only bends 90 degrees. I have a small problem: the mounting clip that holds everything to the table requires two screws. instead of one. You really have to rotate it a lot to keep everything stable and it can still wobble when the table moves. This becomes more apparent as you add larger components. I'm using a 12x18 LED softbox which puts heavy horizontal loading on the main speaker. A more stable base would help. Overall this is a good product and ideal for people who don't have space for tripods, C-tripods and bulky gear.
