Follow this order to install!

They weren't very easy to install. The bottom mounting hole is slotted, but the two locations to mount the bottom bolt on the bike are tricky due to the angled access to the tapered end of the top hole slot and the slotted brace over the bottom hole. After playing around with the first board for over an hour, I stumbled upon a working method to get both screws in properly. You will need a LONG Allen key except for the bottom screw. First, insert the bottom screw through the slot in the bottom panel and into the third mounting hole from the top using the hex wrench under the slot spacer. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN the screw as you will need to move the bottom panel down to align the hole for the top screw. Leave the ball end hex wrench in the bottom screw while you slide the bottom plate down. This is important as the spacer will prevent access if you remove the hex wrench. The spacer will make close contact with the hex wrench when the top screw hole is aligned with the mounting hole on the bike. Install the top screw, but do not fully tighten. Now tighten the bottom screw and then tighten the top screw. Once I understood this sequence, the plank on the opposite side was installed in about five minutes. Aside from installation difficulties due to questionable slot design choices, everything else is fine.
